I have TWO copies to giveaway! Read review, then scroll for details.

Forget Me Not

Publisher: Deseret Book

Hardcover: 56 pages

ISBN13: 9781609011196

FYC FYI: Review copy

Summary: Inspired by the five petals of the tiny forget-me-not flower, President Dieter F. Uchtdorf reminds us of five things we will be wise to never forget:
To be patient with ourselves
To distinguish between a good sacrifice and a foolish sacrifice
To be happy now
To focus on the “why” of the gospel
To know that the Lord loves each of us infinitely.

My Review

I was absolutely thrilled when my friend at Deseret Book asked me if I wanted to preview this book for her.  This talk had a great impact on me.  I loved it.  In fact, I was crying so hard, that a couple cute girls in my ward turned around to make sure I was okay.  The most important thing I learned was that I, Mindy, am not forgotten by my Heavenly Father.  I just need to come to Him with my worries, concerns, and He will be there for me.
5 out of 5 stars.  President Uchtdorf has always had a special place in my heart, and this sweet book clearly is one of the many reasons why.

I am giving away TWO copies of Forget Me Not on this blog.  The giveaway starts today (Thursday), and ends Saturday night.  US ONLY.  What a great Mother's Day gift!

I would love it if you would follow this blog, but it's not required. Leave a thoughtful comment and you're entered.

I also have a giveaway going on LDSWBR, you can enter both places, just follow instructions.

  1. I love this talk. We used it as our Stake RS theme for our big meeting in March. I designed the posters and flyers and even in designing those, I felt Heavenly Father's love.

  8. Isn't he awesome? Such a wonderful man. The Quorum has changed so much since I quit working for the Office of the Twelve. Some connect so well with the sisters.
